Solids/Liquids Removal & Rig Cleaning
Supersucker trucks provide extremely efficient pumping and removal of a wide range of solid materials, liquids and slurry. Our crews can quickly remove solids and liquids — even high-density fluids — wherever they’re needed, keeping your operation moving. We also deploy supersucker equipment with our rig-washing crews, allowing us to complete the entire cleaning process without the delay and hassle of coordinating multiple teams. Our rig-washing crews deploy with four wand power washing systems that use diesel burners to clean your rig efficiently and keep downtime to a minimum.
Rigs must be maintained and sites must meet environmental specifications to provide the best possible financial return for each job. Our roustabout crews are thoroughly prepared to handle whatever your site requires. Each team is rigorously trained to comply with current regulations, and fully versed on many types of equipment. We offer a wide range of services, and can assemble a team designed to take care of almost anything. Our crews can support your personnel from site preparation to site closure: digging and excavating, trenching, installing environmental barriers, building tank batteries, supporting flowback operations, maintaining pump jacks, welding, and cleaning or restoring production sites.
Hydroexcavation
Using the safest, most efficient process available — hydro excavation — we can provide support for drilling or energy companies that need to remove solids safely. During each operation, water is used to dig precisely and evenly into the ground then drawn back out again along with a mixture of dirt, rock and debris. This method not only results in a cleaner, more even cavity, it also creates a far safer process — existing pipes, electrical lines and other obstacles escape damage. Hydro excavation makes it possible to work with more confidence, maintaining the integrity of the environs far more effectively than traditional digging. It also means less work: the water is deployed from the same truck where the slurry is captured, so the entire operation is performed by a single vehicle. With no need for moving or loading dirt or other material, the entire process becomes far more efficient.
